Formulation Development

Albaugh’s state-of-the-art formulation and QC lab at our manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, Missouri, and our Seed Treatment Technology Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, allow us to develop the highest-quality formulations, conduct collaborative research, and screen new products for stability, compatibility, and viscosity before bringing them to market.
Field-Level Research
Every year, Albaugh’s seed treatment research team conducts more than 200 trials through university, private consultant, seed company, and industry association partnerships. Through this extensive trial program, Albaugh is able to develop custom blends and private-label premixes that consistently deliver performance and value to our customers.
Novaflow Custom Blend System
Albaugh offers more than 1,000 custom seed treatment blends and innovative product combinations. Our Novaflow custom blend system allows customers to design differentiated seed treatment solutions and deliver them with exacting precision. Our bulk custom blend system can produce up to 4,000 gallons at one time, with the flexibility to accommodate smaller volumes.
